Inspection Services

Home Inspections

  • covering the foundation, exterior, decks/porches, roof, attached garage, plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, attic, ventilation and insulation of concealed spaces, and visual mold.

  • Electrical panels are opened, roof in inspected via drone or walking in most cases, and a thermal camara is used for every home.

Thermal Inspections

  • Thermal camara inspections check for thermal anomalies (areas that are abnormally hotter or colder than surroundings. Although there are limitations, thermal camaras can often help identify hidden water leaks, insulation concerns, confirm proper operation of heating/cooling systems, find electrical defects, and more.

Commercial Inspections

  • commercial property inspections are not regulated. As such it’s important to find an inspector who is qualified and knowledge to inspect them. Specialty equipment is not inspected, but the same areas are inspected as in a home inspection, only the scope and size is often much bigger.

Mold Services

Indoor Air Quality

  • We can take air samples to check the air quality. Air samples detect mold spores in the air as well as fiber, dander, and pollen, which are common irritants.

Mold Inspection

  • Mold inspection is concerned with two things: mold and water.

  • We inspect the interiors, exterior, roof, attic, HVAC, crawlspace, and basement for mold growth, water intrusion, condensation, ventilation, and humidity, all of which can lead to mold growth.

  • A thermal camara and moisture meter are used on every inspection.

Mold Assessment

  • A mold assessment is a mold inspection with at least 6 samples taken for a lab to analyze. Air and/or surface samples are helpful with establishing a baseline for mold remediation protocols as well as to check indoor air quality, and compare with post remediation verification results.
