Premium Home Inspection Services

We inspect homes like they are our own. We are a premium inspection company focused on thoroughness, education, and unbiased reporting.

We work for you, not any party in the real estate transaction. We offer premium quality for a fair price.

Roof

The roof is one of the most important areas of the home. Although home inspectors are not required to, we frequently walk roofs. Where the roof is too steep or wet we have a drone to ensure the roof is properly inspected. A ground inspection is simply inadequate in most cases.

Foundation

Foundation repairs are expensive.

A thorough inspection of joists, beams, posts, piers, and the foundation is essential. We enter all areas of the crawlspace that are safely accessible.

There are many other concerns in a crawlspace other than structure. Condensation, mold, insulation, vapor barriers, etc. We inspect for these as well.

Electrical

Chris Hall is a WV licensed electrician. I open electrical panels to inspect the wiring and breakers. I use a thermal camara to check for loose connections.

Home inspectors are not required to do either and many don’t.

Mold

Did you know mold is not legally required to be reported on in a home inspection?

Our inspection includes mold at no additional charge and we are experienced and certified in mold. Our inspector is a NORMI Certified Mold Assessor as well as IAC2 Certiifed Mold Inspector.

We offer sampling at an additional fee, but a visual inspection is included. We find mold in 99% percent of homes. Are you comfortable with an inspector who ignores mold?

Thermal Camara Inspection

Our inspection includes a free thermal scan of the interior walls and ceilings. Thermal camaras can spot water leaks and insulation concerns. We are experienced and certified in thermal camara usage.

Roof leak at attic.

And More…

Our inspection takes 3.5 hours and the report is between 40-50 pages on average. We encourage you to attend the end of the inspection for a summary walkthrough. Our reports are some of the best and most detailed in the industry. Here are real reports we’ve done in the past.
